Stelios is the name that you couldn't recall. Ute is the German woman (Manoli's wife) and whose name you quite reasonably couldn't remember either. I thought we at least had the lights you fixed up to run on 12v on Christmas Eve, and I am sure we had wood for the stove too, plus candles, but even so, it was perilously close to the edge! And we had food. And wine. Not so bad really.
And I think we are good friends, which matters the most for me. Bon chance avec L'Octagon et La Chatelaine,whose name we will not mention here.
It was about silence. So kind of appropriate that there is no sound 😂 actually there was sound but it was coming through my earphones, which were not at the time in my ears.

I think La Chatelaine is a very good name for her whom we should not mention, here or anywhere.
